Specific target of the project is the improved competence of judges, candidate judges, court consultants and prosecutors in implementing specific areas of EC law. The participants will be taught both theoretical aspects of EC law and relevant case law. A carefully selected group of participants will have the opportunity to visit a member state, to fix the acquired knowledge and to see the implementation of EC law.
