EU Vietnam Multilateral Trade Assistance Project III – Mutrap III
The MUTRAP III project aims at strengthening the capacity of the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) concerning its core responsibilities of trade policy making, WTO coordination, regional and free trade agreements and implementation of integration commitments and competition policy.
Extension of Armenian-European Policy and Legal Advice Centre (AEPLAC) Phase IV
Since Armenia and the EU signed a Partnership and Cooperation Agreement (PCA), the EU has been supporting its implementation mainly through the AEPLAC Project. AEPLAC IV started its operations in November 2005 and concentrated on institutional analysis and capacity building.
Technical assistance to the establishment of the High Judicial Council and the High Prosecutorial Council
The overall objective of this project is to continue supporting the Serbian government in its efforts to develop an independent judiciary in line with EU and Council of Europe standards and practices; especially to establish, implement and support transfer of responsibilities and mandates from the MoJ to the (reconstituted) High Judicial Council and the State Prosecutorial Council as well as provide support to the Strategy Implementation Council.
Technical Assistance to Customs and Tax Administration (TACTA)
The overall objective of this project is to continue the EU’s assistance to the Customs and Taxation administrations in the beneficiary countries in preparing for future EU membership. The goal is ultimately to create professional, effective and efficient administrations that will provide value for money to the taxpayers by using limited resources to the best effect and to maximise revenue collection.
