Identification mission to support closer economic integration of SAARC members in accordance with the “Strategy Paper for Multi-country programme in Asia”.
The two main component are :
To identify activities to enhance the capacity of SAARC members to implement the SAFTA agreements.
To identify activities to improve the understanding in SAARC members, including among business community and civil society, of the economic benefits and costs of failure to integrate their economies.
