The objective of this assignment is to carry out a Final Evaluation of the FSP Malinea project against DAC criteria.

Description of the project to be evaluated

The overall objective of the project is to improve the management of moderate acute malnutrition by acting on intestinal infections and by exploring the interactions between malnutrition, immunity and modification of the intestinal microbiome.

The specific objectives are:

·         Objective 1: To evaluate the association between microbial digestive flora and malnutrition

·         Objective 2: To improve the care of acute moderate and chronic malnutrition

·         Objective 3: To develop local capacities

·         Objective 4: Project Management
