To increase awareness among the relevant Turkish authorities in the field of taxation on the possible implications of EU alignment,

– to enable the Turkish authorities to decide on the steps and timing of necessary legislative amendments and administrative restructuring for EU alignment taking into account the fiscal blueprint and the tax reform strategy prepared by Turkey, and

– to enable the Turkish authorities to design a corresponding programme for EU financial support.
