The global objective is to support the EC through technical services in completing a preliminary definition of the scope and content of the State Partnership programme in the State of Chhattisgarh, leading to the development of specific options and scenarios for EC support. This would enable the EC to take a decision in principle to support a State Partnership programme through a sector approach, based on emerging proposals from the State Government.
