Tunisia is engaged for many years in a modernization process of the Judicial system. This include reform of the institution, upgrading of judge, prosecutors, registrars and clerks knowledge through reform of the initial and permanent training but also development of new legislations.Objective is to promote a state governed by the rule of law, to consolidate the fundamental rights to ameliorate the access to justice especially for poor people and develop the legal and regulatory framework.The project aims at gaining experience from European members in the particular fields of Training of judges, transparency and court administration.
