The overall objective of the project is to stimulate the growth and viability of private/privatised medium industrial enterprises, to increase their managerial skills and to mobilise the potential of Russian companies trough reorganisation/development subprojects.
This project consists in the delivery of consulting sub-projects to selected enterprises, contribute to the transfer of best practices in consulting and of hands-on experience to Russian managers, enhance local capability to steer an enterprise reorganisation.
